Privacy Policy

RetainMore LLC ("RetainMore," "we," "us") provides client retention and reactivation marketing services to businesses, primarily independent med spas in Connecticut. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect about business visitors and prospects

• Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, and details you share when you book a call, email us, or speak with us.
• Calculator inputs: numbers you enter into our Lost Revenue Calculator stay in your browser and are not saved or sent to us.
• Basic technical data: our website host and scheduling provider may log standard information such as IP address and browser type.

2. How we use it

We use this information to respond to you, schedule and hold calls, provide our services, send service-related messages, and improve our business. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Patient information we handle for our clients

When a client engages us, we process their patients' contact information (such as name, phone number, email, and last visit date) only on that client's behalf and instructions, as their service provider. For these patients:

• We use patient information only to deliver the client's campaigns and reports.
• We never sell patient information or use it for our own marketing.
• We only send messages to patients the client confirms have agreed to receive them, and we honor every opt-out.
• We keep patient information confidential, limit access to authorized personnel, and use safeguards such as multi-factor authentication and encrypted connections.
• When a client relationship ends, we return or delete that client's patient information as described in our client agreement, unless the law requires us to keep it.

If you are a patient of one of our clients, the client's own privacy policy governs how your information is collected. You can contact the client or us with questions or requests.

4. Text messaging

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent records are not shared with any third party except the service providers that help us deliver messages. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. 5. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our business, such as our website host, email provider (Google Workspace), scheduling tool, payment processor, and messaging and CRM platform. They may process information for us only to provide their services.

6. Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. If we learn of a security incident affecting personal information, we will provide notices required by law and our client agreements.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us. Connecticut residents may have additional rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and we exclude minors from client campaigns.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
